These units have been fully refurbished and had their RSX replaced with an 40nm RSX,doing away with its launch standard 90nm RSX.
This unit runs stronger and cooler.
It has had the 40/65nm RSX reballed with leaded solder balls.
It has had the CELL and RSX delidded and the thermal paste replaced above and below the IHS.
It has had the misc power rail filtering caps replaced as they fail often.
It has had the NEC-Tokin caps replaced with TantalACEr PCB’s also..
These units have had all of the usual components repaired and or replaced that cause the YLOD
Console,power cable included. No games included
A random console will be sent, these units are 20 years old and do have minor scuffs and marks. They are not brand new, so please do not expect that they will be flawless.

I couldn’t be more happier with Frankenstein PS3 backwards compatibility I bought from ACE. It’s always had issue with overheating and getting the YLOD because of the old components but this PS3 is much cooler now
