Great flux to use if you are lifting BGA chips! If you have ever used INSAT SUPER Flux back in the 2010's, this flux is very close to that. It works superb for lifiting chips, leaves no sticky or dark residue, and cleans very easily off boards, with little to no effort. I would recommend adding this flux to your list of things to use if you are reballing things!
