These units have been fully refurbished and had their RSX replaced with an 40nm RSX,doing away with its launch standard 90nm RSX.
This unit runs stronger and cooler.
It has had the RSX reballed with leaded solder balls.
It has had the CELL and RSX delidded and the thermal paste replaced above and below the IHS.
It has had the misc power rail filtering caps replaced as they fail often.
It has had the NEC-Tokin caps replaced with TantalACEr PCB’s also.
These units have had all of the usual components repaired and or replaced that cause the YLOD
