Syscon error logging makes repairing PS3’s much simpler than it was over the last 10 years when Syscon error logging was not an option.

This unit displayed the 1002 error and points to the NEC-Tokin capacitors next to the RSX

Replacing the Tokin capacitors with 470uF 2.5v Tantalum capacitors fixes the issue and the console lives again
