I had a PS4 Slim come through today that showed no sign of life.

I went straight for the power supply,tested it and found it faulty so I went ahead and disassembled it to find a blow main fuse and the input ceramic capacitor blown out.

I replaced these 2 components and the PSU was fully operational once again
