Today we repaired a PS4 Pro that came in with the WLOD. The WLOD pinpoints an issue with a component on the HDMI circuit and can be anything from capacitors,diodes,HDMI port or HDMI encoder IC.

This particular unit needed the Panasonic HDMI encoder replaced.

We found that the original encoder was shorted so we went ahead and replaced it. It is a very common fault with all PS4 models.

Back up and running after replacing the Panasonic HDMI encoder
